Mecum Auctions wrapped up its 2015 sales calendar last weekend by posting a near-70 percent sell-through with total two-day sales of $10,876,142 at the Austin Convention Center in Texas.

The high-dollar sale of the auction was a 2006 Ford GT in heritage Gulf racing blue-and-orange colors that sold for $440,000 (hammer price). The car showed only 573 miles on its odometer.

Then came the more traditional classics — a 1965 Sunbeam Tiger for $142,500, a couple of Chevrolet Corvettes, and a 1950s’ Ford F100 pickup truck.
