The Muholland Roadster is going Italian | Concorso Italiano
The Muholland Roadster is going Italian | Concorso Italiano

While Concorso Italiano is dedicated to celebrating the evocative cars of Italy, one special automotive guest this year is clearly not Italian. On display between the Ferraris and the Maseratis will be one of the most imaginative and skillful custom cars ever created, the Mulholland Speedster, winner of America’s Most Beautiful Roadster at the Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona, California, among its many other prestigious awards.

Constructed by Troy Ladd’s Hollywood Hot Rods, the Mulholland Roadster is a spectacular interpretation of a 1936 Packard that is more work of art than automobile. The all-American beauty should be a show-stopper even at this Neapolitan-oriented affair.

Concorso Italiano takes place Saturday, August 19, at the Black Horse Golf Course in Seaside, during Monterey Car Week. For information, visit the event website.
