The Dodge Challenger was first produced from 1969-1974 using the Chrysler E platform and sharing components with the Plymouth Barracuda in an effort to rival the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro. The Challenger was revived in 2008 to compete with the Mustang and Camaro.
Chrysler claims that the 2015 dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is “the most powerful muscle car ever with a top speed of 199 miles per hour.”
From the Robertson Collection, this pair of 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcats, lots 642 and 643, feature supercharged 6.2-liter Hem V8s with six-speed manual transmissions and 707 horsepower.
Lot 642 has a billet Silver-metallic exterior, functional hood scoop, SRT-tuned Bilstein 3-mode active suspension, high-intensity discharge headlamps with projector assembly, rear stabilizer bar, and a 200mph speedometer. The car show 131 actual miles.
The car also has a Harman Kardon Green Edge amplifier, 18-speaker premium audio system with subwoofer, 8.4″ touchscreen display, GPS navigation, HD radio, SiriusXM satellite radio with 1-year radio subscription, MediaHub (USB, SD, Aux), and Uconnect.
