Offered without reserve from the Tammy Allen Collection during Barrett-Jackson’s Las Vegas auction, this 1939 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 75 touring sedan is one of just 638 produced for the ’39 model year.

Bodied by Fleetwood, the Series 75 has many deluxe features

The formal touring sedan was initially delivered to Capital Cadillac in Washington, D.C., and featured a divider window to separate the passengers from the chauffeur’s compartment, which has received a complete reupholster with tan leather.

Bodied by Fleetwood, the Series 75 features side mounts, running boards, jump seats, fog lights, and a Fulton sunshield. Creature comforts in the touring sedan include a radio and heater.

With a wheelbase of 141 inches, the Fleetwood Series 75 is powered by a 346 cubic inch L-head eight-cylinder engine rated with 135 horsepower and mated to a 3-speed manual transmission.

The Series 75 offered at auction also features modern updates such as a Vintage Air system in the rear of the car, turn signals, a 12-volt electrical system and flag mounts.
