Offered from the Tammy Allen collection without reserve at the Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas block, this Buick was purchased in chassis form and sent to the Brewster Company of Long Island City, New York, to receive its body built to order.
At the time, Brewster was one of the largest and best-known coachbuilders in America, and this was one of the last cars it did before the company was liquidated.
The town car limousine features an open chauffeur’s compartment equipped with a sliding division window.
The car also has dual side-mounted spare tires and a rear-mounted trunk along with a 248 cubic inch engine with a 3-speed manual transmission.
