Jaguar Land Rover has rebranded its Heritage division as Jaguar Land Rover Classic, which will continue to provide cars, services, parts and experiences for classic vehicles and their owners.
The company said the change of name “better reflects” capabilities and expertise.
“Renaming the rapidly growing global business to Jaguar Land Rover Classic best reflects the division’s overall capabilities in providing the best cars, services, parts and experiences for our customers,” Tim Hannig, Classic director, said in a news release. “We aim to build an even more successful future by celebrating and nurturing Jaguar and Land Rover’s past.”
Jaguar Land Rover Classic will offer full restorations of classic vehicles at sites in England as well as repair and maintenance service. It will continue to use its historic Browns Lane facility, where the six continuation Lightweight E-types were built, as well as the newly developed Land Rover Classic workshop at Solihull, where restoration of Land Rovers will be done.
In addition, fully factory-restored Jaguars and Land Rovers are available for purchase, as well as genuine parts for models that have been out of production for more than a decade.
The Jaguar Land Rover Classic Parts catalog offers 30,000 guaranteed parts available for order around the globe.
The Classic Drivers program enters its second season of offering behind-the-wheel experience as well as the Jaguar Classic Challenge racing series for pre-1966 Jaguar models.
