As a young boy growing up in southern California, I remember seeing a Sebring Silver ’63 split-window coupe on the way to church every Sunday. To me, it was the most exciting car that I had ever seen.
Fast forward to 2014. I had owned three modern Corvettes, a 2000 hard top, a 2003 ZO6, and a 2006 ZO6. I decided to look for the holy grail of Corvettes, a 1967 L71 coupe.
I wanted an original drivetrain car with documentation. After one year of looking and many disappointments, I found the car of my dreams. The sound of the motor coming through the side pipes is pure heaven. I still get chills every time I drive.

Cool cars.. Liking the ’67 Corvette. I have ’67 louvers on my ’63 split window Corvette.
Nice big block Corvette. The 3 two’s are special. Like the color. My splitwindow is featured here too. It’s silver. Doesn’t run.
