Located in the New Forest of Hampshire in the United Kingdom, Britain’s National Motor Museum (Beaulieu) has announced its 2016 events calendar which includes a Spring Autojumble, Hot Rod and Custom drive-in day, Supercar Showdown, and more.
The Spring Autojumble, or swap meet, is one of the museum’s premier events. Scheduled for May 21-22, thousands of vendors annually set up on the museum grounds with parts, memorabilia and other items for sale.
On June 19, the museum plans a Hot Rod and Custom Drive-in day to feature hundreds of colorful custom cars, live music, and entertainment. The show will also have an area known as the Vintage Village, where attendees can visit vendors selling vintage clothing, memorabilia, parts, accessories, and more.
The 6th annual Supercar Showdown is set for August 21. Supercar owners can participate in either a static display or challenge each other in a drag race demonstration. The line up of cars this year included the Bugatti Veyron, Dodge Hellcat SRT, Lamborghini Huracan, Aston Martin DB5 and the McLaren MP4.
