Carlisle Auctions annual Fall sale, October 1-2 at the Carlisle Expo Center in central Pennsylvania, will feature some 400 cars spanning eras. According to the auction house, several of the cars are rare, indeed.

Those include a 1931 Studebaker President, one of only four known to still exist, and a 1935 Packard Sport Phaeton that is believe dto be the only survivor of its kind.

Other classics include a 1911 White Model 30 and a 1932 Packard Phaeton that is a two-owner car with less than 12,000 miles.

A 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air station wagon with a 4×4 drivetrain is considered to be unique.

Other featured vehicles include a 1968 Dodge Dart “Race Hemi,” a 1930 Ford 5-window coupe and a 1969 Jaguar XK-E with less than 40,000 miles.

Cars also are slated to be sold to benefit Carlisle Cares and the local branch of the Salvation Army.
